Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and we require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 30% of the expected fees for that appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to an additional fee.
